How to Choose a Manipulator
Base your decision on two figures: the maximum height you need to lift to and the weight of the load. Keep in mind that load capacity decreases as the boom extends — the capacity stated in the model name applies only when the boom is fully retracted. For high lifts, therefore, plan with a safety margin.
Also decide between fixed and rotating models. A fixed manipulator is more affordable and fully sufficient for routine material transport on a construction site; you'll appreciate a rotating model when you cannot reposition the machine.
