Relocation of a production line in limited space

The key challenge was the limited handling space, as the dismantling took place directly between existing production lines. To handle larger and heavier parts of the equipment, we therefore chose a special hall mobile crane VallaCrane 250D. Its advantages are compact dimensions, high load capacity, and above all, the ability to safely move with suspended loads.

The work proceeded in two shifts and involved a team of approximately 30 workers. To ensure that individual tasks flowed seamlessly and to avoid unnecessary downtime, we also supplied 3 seven-tonne LPG high-lift trucks Hyster S7.0. At the customer's request, we equipped them with crane arms, which expanded the possibilities for handling individual parts of the production equipment.

The result was a comprehensive technical solution tailored precisely to the operating conditions. From recommending suitable mechanization through supplying individual machines to their practical deployment, we provided the customer with a single partner for the entire project.
