A soil vibratory roller with oscillation is designed for efficient and gentle compaction of soil, gravel, stone base or mixed base layers. The base is compacted mainly by vibrations that act only across the width of the compacted material and by the weight of the roller itself. Compaction across the width significantly reduces dynamic stress on the subgrade and surrounding structures. It is most commonly used in construction for base compaction on residential buildings, halls or transport structures (roads and highways).

Soil vibratory rollers with oscillation are characterized by high compaction performance of the subgrade. These rollers also allow a choice of operating mode with or without vibrations. Compaction with oscillation is more efficient than vibration alone, and the oscillation additionally acts only across the width of the compacted material, thereby significantly reducing dynamic stress on the surroundings. These vibratory rollers are highly efficient and their lower noise level allows use even in urban environments. A 3-point articulated hitch ensures better traction and more comfortable terrain transition. High working comfort for the operator is provided by a cabin with a safe view of the machine and the construction site and reduced vibration transmission.
